Using Different Types of Machines for Manufacturing

Our manufacturing unit is operated under the supervision of trained personnel. A high standard set in the choice of materials and method of making is maintained during the manufacturing of instruments using German / local forging.

During the manufacturing of a instruments, a variety of machining operations and processes are needed to remove excess material. These operations are usually mechanical and involve cutting tools, sharpening tools, heating and welding tools, etc. Manufacturing operations may performed on milling machines such as bars shape and flats shape or they may be executed upon parts made by previous manufacturing methods such as casting or welding.

Run by newly imported machinery which includes:

• CNC Wire Cut Machines
• Induction Heating machine
• DI Water (de-ionized water) Passivation Plant for anti-rust effect.
• German Sharpening & Honing Machines for cutters and scalers.
• Tungsten Carbide Welding Equipment
• Many Milling machines, lathes etc.
• Laser Marking Machine
